My first aircraft exhibition was installed today – and appropriately it was at East Midlands Airport. I had a great few hours there – they are a very friendly bunch at EMA! Thanks to Hannah for organising it all and getting me through security in one piece! I had taken more window artworks than there was room for but I think the display looked really good by the end of it (thanks to the two guys who had a tricky job of aligning all the pictures.) Aircraft windows on display include the Airbus A320 and the Boeing 747. Also on show is a Lotus Esprit windscreen which is great because nearby is the Donington Park Racing Circuit.

Although you need a passport to view my exhibition which is in the ‘depARTure’ lounge, what better excuse do you need to go on holiday? The exhibition will hopefully provide a colourful diversion to passengers as they queue at their gates and is planned to run for 3 months.
